This recall is for about 130 Sorelle brand "Prescott" fixed-sided cribs sold online by AlbeeBaby.com between July 2009 and October 2009.
The cribs were actually manufactured by Simplicity Inc (which has since gone out of business) and have been re-labelled with the Sorelle name. They contain tubular metal mattress support frames that were recalled in April 2010 after the death of one child when the frame collapsed and the child was trapped between the mattress and the frame. There have been numerous other reports of injury due to breakage of the metal tubes.
